1985, en Barcelona mis maestras se extrañaban que,
con 6 años, quisiese comentar los dibujos animados
de la tele en los debates de clase.

En 1989 introducía el casette BETA y veía la película.
Pero lo que realmente quería ver eran los making off,
entrevistas, fotos de rodaje. Pistas para entender como
se hacía una película, desvelar el misterio.
1991, le robaba la Hi-8 a mi abuelo para filmar los
cumpleaños y editarlos en el VHS. ¿ porqué me recorría
un escalofrío cuando entraba en el cine los domingos
por la tarde? Estaba convencido que conociendo todos
los mecanismos del oficio llegaría a resolver la cuestión.

Durante los 90´s, mi freaky cara adolescente devoró
la Filmoteca empachándose de guión, fotografía,
montaje, interpretación, planificación, escenografía;
pero seguía sin encontrar el secreto de este oficio.
En 1995 comencé a trabajar como meritorio de
producción, durante las vacaciones de la escuela,
llevando cafés. Continué como ayudante de dirección
y producción, técnico de video, ayudante de fotógrafo,
cámara de video; siempre alternando con mis estudios.
El trabajo fue mi mejor escuela.

Por fin en 2002  co-dirigí mis dos primeros cortometraje
de investigación durante mis estudios en la escuela
superior técnica de realización de Cine y TV en Barcelona,
donde me gradué.
En 2003 trabajé como producer en la agencia de
publicidad TIEMPO BBDO (Barcelona) aplicando mi
experiencia con éxito. Y ampliando mis conocimientos
en publicidad para TV.
Sobre 2006 co-fundé “Cía. Páramo Cero” compañía escénica
multidisciplinar ganadora del Proyecto Euro regional Caminos
de Circo (2007). Actualmente trabajo como cámara y editor
en la productora SPSA FILMS.

Pero ¿y el misterio que quería resolver?
Conseguir que una idea incorpórea pase todos los
complicados procesos de producción, con todo el equipo
humano que forma esta cadena y que la haga crecer hasta que
supere al original. Eso no parece un misterio es, mas bien, magia.

1985 in Barcelona, my teachers were surprised that at
6 years old I wanted to discuss the TV cartoons in class
debates.

In 1989 I introduced the BETA tape and I saw the movie.
But what I really wanted to see were making off, interviews,
photos from filming. Clues to understand how a movie was
made, revealing the mystery.
1991, I stole the Hi-8 to my grandfather for film birthdays
and edit on the VHS. I wanted to know how movies were
made, because I find when traveling through a chill was in
the cinema on Sunday afternoon. I believed that knowing
all the mechanisms of motion would resolve the question.

During the 90’s, my freaky face teen devoured the film
library getting embarrassed with the film script, photography,
editing, interpretation, planning, art … but still not found
the secret of this craft.
In 1995 I started working as creditable production during
holidays from school, serving coffees. I continued as an
assistant director and production, video technician,
photographer’s assistant … always alternating with my
studies. The work was my best school.

Finally in 2002 co-wrote my first two research short films
in high school technique of film and TV in Barcelona,
where I graduated.
In 2003 I worked as a producer in the advertising
agency TIEMPO BBDO (Barcelona) by applying my
experience with success. And expanding my knowledge
in the advertising for TV.
In 2006 I co-founded “Cía. Páramo Cero” multi-disciplinary
theatrical company winner of the Euroregional Project
Roads Circus (2007) Currently working as cameraman
and editor in the production SPSA FILMS.

But what I wanted the mystery solved?
Getting an idea incorporeal go all the complicated
processes of production, with the entire team so
that this chain and to make it grow until it exceeds
the original. It does not look like a mystery is, rather,
a magic.
